Do you have a track record of successfully managing client relationships? Are you able to create collaborative solutions in challenging and complex situations?
If so, we are looking for a Client Coverage person for UBS ETF & Index Fund in Singapore:
• cover the strategic development and management of the ETF & Index Fund business Singapore and SEA region. Positioned within one of the key growth areas of the company, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of their ETF offerings, overseeing all relevant aspects of product development, distribution, marketing, and operations. This position requires a combination of strategic vision, market insight, collaborative mindset, strong leadership abilities and out-of-the-box thinking to position the UBS ETF & Index Fund business for long-term success in a competitive landscape.
• involved in development and execution of a comprehensive strategy for the UBS ETF & Index Fund business for Singapore, aligned with the overall goals and objectives of the firm.
• expand distribution channels and increase market penetration for UBS ETFs & Index Funds in Singapore through effective marketing initiatives, digital engagement, partnerships, and client interaction to increase sales growth, generate revenues and UBS’s position in the market.
• build and maintain strong relationships with wealth management, institutional and wholesale clients, financial advisors, and other key stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences, and to effectively position UBS ETFs & Index Funds.
• collaborate with internal colleagues regionally and globally including portfolio management, capital markets, marketing and product development and support the efforts of the generalist wholesale and institutional client coverage teams. identify opportunities for new UBS ETFs & Index Funds and develop enhancements to existing offerings, working closely with the investment, research, and product development teams.
• ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to UBS ETFs & Index Funds, staying abreast of industry developments and implementing necessary changes to maintain compliance.
• monitor and analyse the investment performance and sales results of UBS ETF & Index Fund products, tracking key metrics and performance drivers to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement. Represent the firm in industry forums, conferences, and other events to enhance UBS’s visibility and reputation within the indexing marketplace.

You will be based at UBS Asset Management's office in Singapore and will report to the Head of UBS ETF & Index Funds Client Coverage APAC & Middle East.
Index-tracking investment solutions have been a core competence of UBS Asset Management for over 30 years. UBS has a long track record of specialising in a quality indexing approach, which has contributed to them being one of the fastest growing index managers globally. Assets under management across index strategies amount to roughly USD 1,000bn and USD 180bn in ETFs (as at March 2026). With the addition of Credit Suisse funds, UBS is set to be in the top 10 ETF providers globally. A convincing product range, a strong brand and a supportive international working environment will allow the firm to further develop this business successfully.
Your expertise
• ideally 7+ years of experience, and having ETF and indexing experience is desirable.
• proven track record of success in business development, distribution, and management of ETFs and other investment products.
• deep understanding of the ETF and indexing marketplace, including industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment.
• strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and initiatives.
• excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• experience of working in a global organization with a demonstrated collaborative approach to working alongside other internal sales teams. A highly organised professional with a commitment to excellence and improvement.
• University graduate or University of Applied Sciences degree in Business Administration, Finance or Economics (or similar) required, other advanced degrees (MBA), certificates or diplomas (CFA) would be an advantage.
• fluency in English, Mandarin, and/or Cantonese required to support local clients.
