Are you interested in working at Fund Reporting Team in the Asset Management?

We are looking for a Senior Fund Reporting Specialist to:
• Produce, review, and distribute factsheets, market commentaries, and various reports (monthly, quarterly, annual, statutory) for Japan- and foreign-domiciled funds, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
• Take a hands-on role in daily reporting production while applying sound professional judgment and maintaining high quality and control standards in a regulated environment
• Coordinate reporting timelines and deliverables across internal stakeholders, including Sales, Product, and Investment teams
• Contribute to process improvements that enhance reporting efficiency and reduce operational risk

Your team

You will be working in the Fund Reporting Team in Asset Management, Japan. The team is responsible for producing and distributing factsheets and reports, covering all aspects of reporting preparation and delivery, including data, market commentary, and related materials.

Your expertise

• Experience in producing and reviewing reports for Japanese and foreign-domiciled funds
• Strong understanding of reporting workflows and requirements in a regulated environment
• Ability to apply sound professional judgment in handling reporting content, issues, and delivery requirements
• Strong ownership of review and quality control to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness
• Ability to prepare and review market commentaries
• Proven ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills (VBA or automation skills are a plus)
• Native level of Japanese; business-level English preferred
