Are you a master of organization and detail? Do you excel in client service and have a keen sense of risk awareness? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are seeking a dynamic individual ready to take on the following responsibilities:
• Efficiently manage all incoming information and documents related to Hedge Funds.
• Process transaction-related information and ensure proper document archiving.
• Conduct investigations, prepare documents, provide information, and compose correspondence with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with client relationship teams and other front and middle office teams.

Your team

Join our Info Gathering Team based in the Dominikański Center in Wroclaw. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional service to the Wealth Management Europe business, ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction. Our team of 13 professionals communicates in both English and Polish (only English is required) and operates on a shift basis from 8 am to 6 pm.

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written (knowledge of another language is a plus).
