Your role

Are you an experienced and entrepreneurial product manager with deep expertise in wealth management? Are you passionate about shaping and delivering AI-powered solutions that transform client and advisor experiences? Do you thrive at the intersection of domain knowledge, AI innovation, and digital transformation?

We are looking for an AI Product Manager to:
• identify, prioritize, and deliver AI/ML solutions that address real client and advisor needs within a regulated environment
• own the product lifecycle from ideation and prototyping to pilot and full-scale rollout—ensuring solutions are both innovative and practical for wealth management use cases
• collaborate closely with stakeholders across business, technology, and data science, translating complex requirements into actionable product roadmaps
• drive agile delivery through sprint planning, continuous prioritization, and clear success metrics, ensuring timely and impactful outcomes
• champion new AI capabilities such as personalization, intelligent insights, and digital advisory tools, always with a focus on client value and regulatory compliance
• act as an entrepreneurial leader, proactively identifying opportunities, challenging the status quo, and fostering a culture of innovation within the team
• engage with external partners (e.g., Microsoft, fintechs) to explore, test, and scale cutting-edge AI solutions relevant to wealth management

helping shape the next generation of digital experiences for clients and advisors.

Your expertise

• 8+ years in product management, with proven experience delivering AI/ML-powered products
• in-depth knowledge of wealth management, client needs, and regulatory landscape
• background in financial services, fintech, or other regulated sectors preferred
• demonstrated ability to drive innovation, challenge norms, and deliver results in ambiguity
• track record of end-to-end product delivery in cross-functional, agile environments
• familiarity with ML, GenAI, and their integration into enterprise systems
• strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• experience with Microsoft Azure, cloud-native architectures, and modern data platforms
