Your role
Build highly scalable, client facing platforms using Java, Spring Boot and Azure Cloud.

As part of your team, you will
•Design, build, and maintain highly scalable, first tier client facing applications within Wealth Management.
•Develop cloud native services using Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and modern engineering practices.
•Work on distributed systems running on Azure Cloud and managed AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service).
•Use Redis and other data technologies to build low latency, resilient platforms.
•Collaborate closely with product owners, UX, and business stakeholders to understand and refine requirements.
•Apply Agile and DevOps principles, contributing across the full SDLC (design, development, testing, release, and support).
•Write clean, testable code and contribute to TDD, code reviews, and architectural discussions.
•Ensure solutions meet high standards for performance, security, reliability, and operational excellence.
•Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and help continuously improve platform stability.
•Document solutions clearly and share knowledge within the team and wider engineering community.

Your team
You’ll be working in a Wealth Management Technology (WMA) engineering team based in Wroclaw, part of a global setup spanning multiple locations.
We are a fully self sufficient agile team, owning our applications end to end—from design and development through production support.
Our platforms serve first tier client journeys, so what you build has direct, visible impact on clients worldwide.
We value engineering excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement—and yes, we do enjoy celebrating successful releases together.
Your expertise
Our basic requirements
•You have already graduated or are in the final year of your degree by the start of the program in August 2026.
•A Bachelor’s degree (or working towards a Master’s) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
•No professional experience required—strong academic foundations and motivation matter most.
Your experience and skills
•Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, operating systems, databases).
•Proficiency in Java; familiarity with Spring or Spring Boot is highly desirable.
•Interest in cloud technologies, especially Azure, containers, and Kubernetes (AKS).
•Awareness of distributed systems, REST APIs, and microservices concepts.
•Fluent English, written and spoken.
