Your role
We’re looking for a Senior Wealth Strategy Associate to:
• participate in client conversations with financial advisors
• act as primary relationship manager for select clients
• prepare performance reports and other materials for clients
• manage several tasks in a fast-paced environment, while delivering accurate and timely results
• provide coaching support to junior team and contribute to their performance evaluation
• educate clients on account services and capabilities
• help with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings
• collect the right documentation for opening new accounts and service requests
• plan team marketing events and maintain marketing materials

Your team
You’ll be working as part of a Wealth Management team in the Carmel Valley office. We help high net worth individuals and families meet their financial goals through financial advisors who deliver products and services specifically designed for them.
Your expertise
• Ideally 5+ years of industry experience in the finance sector
• Ideally 2+ years of experience leading client relationships
• FINRA Series 7 & 66 required
• CFP designation is a huge plus, but not required
• Bachelor's degree preferred - focusing on Finance or Economics
• Excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills
• Skilled at developing wealth management strategies
• Detail oriented (nothing gets past you)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary information
The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
• United States - California - San Diego min USD 70000 - max USD 92000 /annum
The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
