Your team

You’ll be working in the Technology team in Poland. The Technology organization at UBS, delivers quality, innovative solutions that support our business partners in achieving their operational goals. Technology is at the very heart of UBS. As a team of talented women and men, we have a critical role to play in building, delivering and maintaining the systems, services and infrastructure that power our business. Technology is about people and every person has a crucial role to play on the UBS Technology team.

Your expertise

We welcome applicants who have either already graduated from a recognized university or are in the final year (seventh semester) of their degree course at the start of the Program in August 2026.

• A Computer Science or Engineering-related educational background
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, C3 or C++, Azure)
• Knowledge of networks, operating systems, data structures and databases
• Familiarity working with agile methodology
• Strong database and data analysis skills
• Sharp analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills (you know how to figure things out)
• Effective within the complexity, constraints and boundaries of a leading global organization, operating in a highly regulated industry, running on bespoke software
• Flexible and resilient team player with strong interpersonal skills taking initiative to drive things forward
• Keen to develop subject matter expertise on our core products and solutions overall
• Fluent in English
