Do you want to operate at the center of a leading Global Markets franchise and help shape the commercial strategy in the Americas?
We are seeking a high-caliber, analytically driven individual to join the Americas Global Markets Distribution COO team as a Business Manager, responsible to :

•Partner with senior sales leadership to drive the execution of the Distribution strategy across the Americas platform
•Support the commercial performance of the franchise through analytics, performance monitoring, and strategic insight
•Lead and coordinate key business initiatives that impact sales productivity, client experience, and operational efficiency
•Manage and oversee day-to-day business operations (BAU) across the sales teams supported
•Act as a central point of coordination across front office and infrastructure partners including Technology, Operations, Finance, Risk, and Compliance
•Identify and implement improvements to management information (MI), reporting frameworks, and performance analytics
•Drive front-to-back process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational friction

Your team

The Distribution COO team is a strategic function that supports the Global Markets sales organization by driving initiatives that improve the effectiveness, governance, and performance of the franchise.
The team operates at the intersection of strategy, analytics, operations, technology, and controls, and plays a critical role in shaping initiatives that directly impact the client experience.
Members of the team collaborate extensively across the Global Markets platform, partnering with sales leadership, management, technology, risk, compliance, operations, and finance teams to deliver a broad range of business initiatives.
This role offers exceptional exposure to the strategic priorities and commercial dynamics of a leading global markets business

Your expertise

• ideally 1–5 years of relevant experience, preferably within investment banking, markets, consulting, or business management
•analytical and quantitative skillset
•ability to distill complex datasets and qualitative insights into clear, actionable conclusions
•demonstrated ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-performance environments
•problem-solving and critical thinking skills
•ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
•interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders
•proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Salary information

The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
• United States - New York - New York min USD 115000 - max USD 137500 /annum

The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
