Your team
We are looking for someone who can:
• Assist in executing digitally focused strategic initiatives for residential and commercial Mortgage lending in both a current and new digital bank environment
• Assist in the vision, strategy and objectives for the Bank’s residential and commercial Mortgage business and platform
• Assist in ownership of new business initiatives ensuring appropriate coordination and prioritization of key deliverables and successful navigation through the Bank governance processes
• Partner with digital and technology teams to integrate our lending/liability solutions into our client and field experience to drive growth and penetration across product and platforms
• Establish cadence and coordination across technology, digital and business on new development execution and create, maintain, and execute communication plans on business initiatives and platform changes
• Assist and support assessment, development and delivery of innovative, user-oriented solutions, products, programs, and/or strategies.
• Information gathering activities such as surveying, analyzing and evaluating processes, products, and services,
• Recommending improvements, solutions, and respective implementation plans
• Supporting project management tasks in the areas of quality control and project management
• Identifying and documenting the main stakeholders and other sources (e.g. existing systems, regulations) for functional and non-functional requirements
• Assist in continuously review the mortgage product offering and recommend and implement new product developments to drive growth
• Execute complex mortgage reporting and analytics as well as streamline and automate current reporting
Your expertise
Your expertise :
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent, with an advanced degree (preferred)
• Ideally 5 years’ experience in residential and/or commercial mortgage loan originations, operations or secondary markets with a strong understanding of various mortgage products OR business and financial analysis
• Strong knowledge and experience with residential and/or commercial mortgage origination, operations and platforms preferred
• Strong relationship management, analytical, problem-solving, consultative, and negotiation skills
• Ability to lead, prioritize and execute on multiple concurrent priorities/initiatives working in a fast-paced environment with aggressive deadlines and minimal supervision
• Ability to drive change across an organization and influence key stakeholders
• Ability to interact with all levels of management, multi-task and work well under pressure
• Ability to work in an agile way as part of multi-disciplinary teams, participate in agile ceremonies, and collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and others
• Ability to create, groom and prioritize user stories in the product backlog. Strong knowledge of AGILE methodology and GITLAB tool
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively relate data to coworkers
• Analytical skills that allow for the development of data-driven reports
• Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlines
• Excellent critical thinking skills to help solve business problems and make decisions
