As a part of your team, you will:
• Analyze technology risk data, reports and metrics to identify patterns, emerging risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of risk dashboards, reporting, and governance materials.
• Support automation, tooling enhancements, and AI adoption initiatives impacting technology risk.
• Work with stakeholders to incorporate risk and control requirements into application development backlogs.
• Assist in assessing control effectiveness and evaluating adherence to UBS policies and guidelines.

About your team :
You’ll be working in the Group Functions Technology Risk CoE team in Krakow. We specialize in delivering high quality risk insights, managing technology control environment, and securing the bank’s most critical assets.
We work in a collaborative environment that values curiosity, data driven thinking, and continuous improvement
Your expertise
We welcome applicants who have either already graduated from a recognized university or are in the final year (seventh semester) of their degree course at the start of the Program in August 2026.
For many of our technical roles, we do ask that you have already obtained a Bachelor’s degree or are studying towards a Master’s degree or equivalent qualification.
Your experience and skills:
• You understand and navigate through the IT concepts such as networks, operating systems, cloud technologies, or databases.
• Interest or foundational knowledge in technology risk and control management, cybersecurity, or IT governance.
• Basic experience with programming (e.g., Python, SQL), data visualization and reporting (e.g. Power BI) is a plus.
• Ability to analyse data and communicate insights in a clear and succinct manner.
• Excellent English (written and oral)
