We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high level support to the newly appointed Head Asset Management Australia & New Zealand, based in Sydney. You should be a self-motivated individual who takes initiative and enjoys working in a high-performance environment with a desire to proactively contribute to the business objectives.
We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to:
• manage calendars including conference calls, travel, and client meetings
• assist with incoming and outgoing communications and coordination of department meetings in Australia and with offshore colleagues
• coordinate the production of presentation books and reports, meeting prep packets and ad hoc client material
• provide administrative and organisational support including invoice & expense administration
• assist with staff engagement initiatives

Your team
You’ll be working in the Asset Management team in Sydney and play a key part in representing the business when dealing with internal and external parties. As an ambassador for the brand, you will be intuitive to the needs of clients and the team and provide seamless support across a variety of situations.
Your expertise
• successful Executive Assistant experience, Asset Management experience beneficial although not essential
• proficient in Microsoft Office and (Outlook, TEAMS, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• confident in creating sophisticated PowerPoint Presentations for clients
• resilient with the ability to prioritise and work under pressure with tight deadlines
• keen attention to detail, organised and able to seamlessly multitask
• proven written and verbal communication skills
• comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
• flexible, adaptable, can-do attitude
• able to work flexible hours, when needed
