Do you know AIFMD & UCITS V regulations? Do you know how to solve problems and increase efficiencies?

You demonstrate a strong expertise in depositary business and the funds industry more broadly and you are used to senior management exposure in a fast moving banking environment.

We're looking for Depositary Risk & Framework Specialist to:

• Lead projects, including client integration, service delivery and sales support
• Support the depositary management team with technical considerations that may require an additional level of judgement
• Conduct, with appropriate support, due diligence oversight reviews on the Central Administrators, AIFMs and the Custodian Banks including preliminary risk assessment, due diligence questionnaire and standard pack documentation review, and any other pertinent documentation review
• Support and maintain Data requirements (Fund onboarding as well as regulatory development) in coordination with relevant functions

You’ll be working in the Depositary Bank Risk & Framework Management of UBS Europe SE, Luxembourg Branch.
We are responsible for all regulatory controls under UCITS and AIFMD. We are a very diverse and dynamic team that applies a high degree of collaboration within the daily work life. Together and only as a TEAM we pass all obstacles and projects within the frequently changing regulatory environment.

Your expertise

You are dynamic, proactive and ideally possess the following skills:
• Minimum 5 years’ oversight/control experience with a Depositary or an audit firm, with specific depositary experience
• Strong analytical, organizational and project management skills
• Good knowledge of operational aspects of the depositary, custody or fund administration activities
• Comfortable working productively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment as well as independently
• Analytical and able to articulate issues, formulate and present recommendations
