Your role

Are you passionate about global technology trends and uncovering investment opportunities, particularly within AI? We are seeking a highly motivated and intellectually curious professional to support equity research and portfolio management efforts. In this role, you will:

- conduct in-depth analysis of listed technology companies, generating high-quality investment ideas supported by robust financial modeling and valuation frameworks.
- translate complex industry developments, especially within AI, into clear, concise, and actionable insights for internal stakeholders and clients.
- actively monitor market trends and react quickly to new information, ensuring timely updates to investment views.
- contribute to CIO Transformational Innovation Opportunities (TRIOs), house views, and thought leadership across global equities.
- support portfolio management activities, particularly in AI-focused strategies.

This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Your team

You will join the CIO Equities team in Singapore, focused on identifying differentiated listed equity investment ideas ahead of the market. You will work closely with a cross-regional team covering AI and transformative technologies, contributing to global research efforts and strategy development.

Your expertise

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline, with a solid foundation in macroeconomics and corporate financial analysis.
- 5–10 years of experience in equity research, asset management, or a related financial services role.
- strong analytical skills with the ability to build financial models and assess company valuations independently.
- excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to diverse audiences.
- hardworking, proactive individual with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
- team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across regions and functions.
- highly inquisitive, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
-familiarity with FactSet and statistical or data analysis tools is an advantage.
- fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin or other regional languages is beneficial for client engagement and stock due diligence.
