Your role

• Fixed income trader with focus on CNY onshore rates product, including rates bond, IRS, bond futures and other derivatives
• Making market for both onshore and offshore institutional clients on rates bond;
• Generate revenue through timely and accurate trading and execution on a principal basis in rates related products, actively manage risk/position with assigned risk limits
• Research on macroeconomics, yield curve dynamics, regulatory environment, etc and make investment and allocation strategies; Proactively keep abreast of market developments and trading opportunities; have a strong understanding of financial markets, instruments and strategies
• Work closely with sales team to support and promote onshore fixed income business, including daily market colors, trading strategies, etc
• Trading money market products to source interbank liquidity and funding for the firm; build and maintain relationships with key interbank liquidity providers; Help to manage firm's liquidity risk
• Help to support all the front to back trading flows/daily trade booking/pnl reconciliation; monitor trade process and prevent relevant operational risks

• Proven track record and experience in fixed income rates trading, at Associate level
• Strong knowledge on CNY fixed income market, and proven established relationships with onshore key counterparties
• Strong technical and quantitative background, good communicator
• SAC/CFA/银行间本币交易员 licenses would be advantageous
