Your role

• Market-making in Asian credits across the spectrum of Investment Grade and Emerging Markets Asia sovereign credits
• generate revenue and grow client business
• proactively keep on top of market developments and trading opportunities
• facilitate client order flow by providing liquidity through internal capital or accessing third-party offerings
• follow regulations and internal policies, including quality of execution, pricing, hedging, trading limits and compliance policies
• manage a broad range of risks including but not limited to trading, execution, operational and compliance risk (you’re experienced enough to be well aware of the risks)

Your team

You’ll be working in the Global Markets Derivatives & Solutions Credit Trading team in Hong Kong or Singapore. Our role is to provide Corporates, Institutional and Wealth Management clients with advice, solutions, execution and full access to the Asian credit markets. We help our clients identify and execute their trading strategies.

Your expertise

• Established franchise-trading trader covering Investment Grade credit with a proven track record
• Well-recognized market presence by both local and global market participants in Asian investment-grade credit products
• a strong understanding of financial markets, instruments and strategies across asset classes, as well as an acumen for new business development
• ideally 7-10 years experiences in a global credit platform with knowledge across credit markets in corporates and financials
• strong quantitative skills and a fast learner with attention to detail
• capabilities of independent problem solving and ability to thrive in a high intensity and highly demanding trading desk role
• fluency in English as the role would involve lots of interdepartmental communications
