Your role

Would you like to learn about investment funds and their corporate events?
We are looking for an intern for Funds Admin to:
• support in the registration and updating of investment funds with the regulatory bodies (cvm, anbima, b3 and receita federal);
• analysis and control of regulations, manuals and codes issued by regulatory bodies;
• meeting internal and external client demands;
• controlling cvm and anbima regulatory deadlines;
• control and operationalization of fund corporate events with counterparties;
• support in opening, updating and closing accounts
• identify and recommend ways to improve processes, reduce risks and strengthen controls
• ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and statutory requirements and with internal policies and contracts (e.g. supplier risk framework, gcoo operational risk framework).
• execute the processes and controls for which you are responsible in a timely, accurate and complete manner.
• attest to the quality of attribute data, so that our end consumers can rely on the quality of incoming.

Your team

You’ll be working in the Funds Admin team in São Paulo. The focus of our work is related to the registration, updating and operationalization of corporate events information on investment funds with regulatory laws, analyzing compliance with regulations, manuals, and codes issued by regulatory laws, responding to internal demands or the needs of external clients and monitoring periods for corporate actions of investment funds and clubs and the opening and closing of accounts.

Your expertise

• graduation in December 2027 or later in economics, business administration, accounting or law
• able to think creatively, flexibly and think logically to solve problems
• analytical ability, resilience, teamwork, willingness to learn, hard worker, commitment to tasks, interest in personal development and commitment to academic activities
• advanced of ms excel/word/ppt/power bi
• proficient language skills in Portuguese and advanced English
• availability to work 30h per week in Sao Paulo, Brazil
