Your role

Are you interested in shaping the distribution of tokenized liquidity solutions at the intersection of traditional finance and digital asset innovation? Do you want to work with leading digital asset platforms to deliver institutional grade tokenized money market fund solutions? Are you motivated by developing new distribution channels in a rapidly evolving market environment?

We’re looking for a Senior Sales Executive – Tokenized Liquidity Solutions (Money Market Funds) to:
• drive global distribution of tokenized money market funds and liquidity solutions across the digital asset ecosystem
• originate, structure and execute distribution partnerships with centralized and decentralized digital asset platforms, such as exchanges, wallets, custodians, stablecoin issuers, and DeFi participants
• develop and execute the global go to market strategy for tokenized liquidity solutions
• drive inflows into tokenized money market funds and related liquidity vehicles
• advise partners on treasury, yield, settlement, and collateral use cases, including on and off chain liquidity solutions
• act as a trusted advisor on liquidity management within digital asset markets, contributing insights to product development, pricing, and positioning

Your team

You’ll join our Liquidity Sales organization within UBS Asset Management and report to the Global Head of Distribution, Liquidity Sales. We manage over USD 200 billion in cash and liquidity assets and provide institutional and retail clients globally with cash management and short duration investment solutions focused on capital preservation, daily liquidity, and competitive risk adjusted returns. The role works closely with product, technology, legal, compliance, risk, and other internal stakeholders to support the delivery of scalable, compliant, and institutional grade tokenized liquidity solutions. Strong cross functional collaboration across UBS Asset Management and relevant UBS affiliates is required to ensure regulatory alignment and effective execution across markets.

Your expertise

• extensive experience in institutional sales, preferably in money market funds, liquidity products, collateral management, securities financing, or digital asset related offerings
• track record building and scaling distribution channels and delivering net new assets or revenue outcomes
• experience working with crypto native platforms such as exchanges, custodians, wallets, stablecoin issuers, or DeFi platforms, or strong evidence of the ability to transition rapidly into the digital asset space
• strong understanding of liquidity products, cash management strategies, tokenization platforms, blockchain infrastructure, and institutional adoption of digital assets
• experience structuring complex transactions involving multiple stakeholders and navigating evolving regulatory frameworks across jurisdictions
• excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain financial and technical concepts clearly
• strong collaboration and relationship building skills across internal teams and external partners
• sound commercial judgement and risk awareness, with the ability to operate effectively in fast evolving and ambiguous environments
• appropriate securities licenses, including Series 7 and Series 63, are required or will need to be obtained upon hire

Salary information

The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
• United States - New York - New York min USD 200000 - max USD 250000 /annum

The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
