Your role
Role:
• Provide Relationship Management and Account Management coverage to highly sophisticated clients (banks, institutional clients, hedge funds & asset managers) in the PB space
• Lead client meetings to evaluate performance, identify client needs and development requests, and manage the strategic client relationship
• Partner with Sales on commercial objectives through enablement/unblocking of revenue opportunities.
• Serve as the voice of the client in product development and support forums
• Create action plans to continuously improve service delivery and operational processes

Your team
You will be joining the Account Management Team, part of our Integrated Client Lifecycle Services Organization in Investment Bank Operations.
This role is based in New York City. We are focused on delivering excellent service to our PB client base. Interaction is with external clients and internal stakeholders such as the Sales, Trade Support, Collateral Management, Business Management, Trading, Operations, Prime Finance Relationship Management, Client Technology, etc.
Your expertise
You have:
• strong client management experience and proven client service competencies
• excellent knowledge of the equity business and general market knowledge
• previous Prime Brokerage experience
• strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills, with the ability manage multiple client deliverables while balancing internal and external stakeholder demand
• a passion for delivering results for clients and working in a team setting
• drive, with ability to thrive in a high-paced environment in a consistently professional manner

Salary information
The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
• United States - New York - New York min USD 83000 - max USD 95000 /annum
The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
