Your role

Are you an expert when it comes to providing technology support across trading and risk technology stack inclusive of machine learning, AI and Analytics suites of applications used to support the Capital Markets business? Do you have a track record of influencing senior IT stakeholders and business partners? Do you have proven ability to solve complex issues, covering both technical and business needs?

We’re looking for IT support analyst to:

• Ensure production stability for Electronic Trading suite of applications
• Work on Incident, Problem & Change management
• Support traders and middle office operations team
• Reduce toil by working in partnership with Dev partners
• maintain a knowledge database of known issues
• support the Service & Product Manager across several technical domains
• ensure workflows, processes, tooling and applications are of the highest quality standard
• expertise to the management of existing and new IT products and services
• define workarounds for known errors and initiate process improvements
• take full ownership of self-career development and provide mentorship to the junior associates

Your team

You’ll be working in the Investment Banking (IB) division aligned Tech Services (ASR) team in Pune. As part of APPLICATION SUPPORT & RELIABILITY we provide application support for various suites of applications ranging from low latency trading platform to managing regulatory risk and compliance obligations. This benefits our business users to efficiently access liquidity while ensuring we operate within our regulatory framework with best in the industry supervisory principles. As an IT Support Analyst, you’ll play an important role in supporting our regulatory suite of applications and provide mentorship to the junior associates in the team.

Your expertise

• ideally 10-12 years of hands-on experience with production support in a financial domain
• proficient with application support tools, such as GENEOS, Autosys/Contrl-M for batch management, Service Now, GitHub & Gitlab
• expertise in unix/linux, shell/python, PL/SQL, with basic working knowledge of automation tools used in the industry viz; Automation Anywhere, AppDynamics, Splunk etc
• expertise in Incident, Problem and Change management concepts based on ITIL methodology
• good Knowledge of Equities Trade Lifecycle and exposure to supporting equities trading desk
• ability to solve complex issues, good at problem statement analysis and solution design thinking
• track record of influencing senior IT stakeholders and business partners
• confident communicator that can explain technology to non-technical audiences
• capable of understanding client needs and translating this into products and services
