Your role
Join us at UBS Group as Regulatory Reporting and Fund Administration Specialist in the Gestora from which you will be supporting the team in Madrid office within the Global Wealth Management division.
You will support to the team in tasks such as:
• Prepare and submit periodic regulatory statements and reports required by the CNMV and other official bodies (including, among others: confidential regulatory statements, statistical reports, AIFMD/UCITS reporting, Bank of Spain).
• Coordinate data collection with internal areas (portfolio management, risk, accounting, depositary, back office).
• Ensure consistency, completeness, and traceability of reported information.
• Manage corrections, clarifications, and information requests from the CNMV.
• Monitor regulatory changes affecting SGIIC regulatory reporting and support related IT adaptations.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of reporting processes and tools.
• Invoice management and control, including review, posting, and payment follow-up.
• Bank reconciliations and review of account movements of Collective Investment Institutions
(CIIs).
• Operational management of transfers, subscriptions, and redemptions of CIIs, in coordination with the depositary and other involved parties.
• Monitoring operational incidents and resolving discrepancies.

Your expertise
We are looking for a highly motivated individual fulfilling the below criteria:
• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of prior experience in regulatory reporting within SGIICs or Investment Services Firms (ESIs).
• Specific training in financial regulation or securities markets is a plus.
• CNMV regulations applicable to SGIICs and CIIs.
UCITS / AIFMD regulations (depending on the type of management company).
• Confidential regulatory statements and regulatory reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
• Experience with regulatory tools and data management systems is a plus.
• Accuracy and strong attention to detail.
• Analytical skills.
• Organization and deadline management.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate with different areas.
• Strong focus on regulatory compliance and control.
• English: intermediate–advanced level (reading regulations and working with reporting in English).
