Your role
Are you experienced in deriving insights and identifying patterns from data that inform decision-making? Do you enjoy shaping those patterns into recommendations that support strategic priorities across the firm?
We’re looking for an individual to lead our GWM US Business Intelligence function:
• Lead the development of a comprehensive analytics framework that strengthens visibility into prospecting channel performance and effectiveness, and advisor engagement across the prospecting funnel
• Support strategic planning and prioritization by developing management reporting, dashboards, and analyses that inform decision‑making
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance the overall effectiveness of the prospecting ecosystem
• Partner with teams across the organization to ensure the right data is collected, connected, and translated into meaningful insights

Your team
Located in New York, you will be part of the GWM US Channel and Prospecting Office reporting to the Head of GWM US Channel and Prospecting Office. You will work in close partnership with US GWM business leaders, as well as other divisional leaders across our IB and AM businesses to strengthen visibility, insights, and performance management across our prospecting efforts.
Your expertise
• ideally 6–10 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data‑driven strategy roles, ideally within financial services
• Demonstrated ability to lead a firmwide analytical and prospecting suite, translating complex data into clear narratives, and guiding stakeholders toward data‑informed decisions
• Experience working with data, technology, or analytics partners to shape requirements, ensure data integrity, and support model, dashboard, or analytical asset development
• Strong communication and synthesis skills, with the ability to present insights, trends, and recommendations to senior leaders in a clear and structured manner
• Knowledge of the US wealth management industry and the products and services provided to key market segments that UBS serves

Salary information
The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
• United States - New York - New York min USD 140000 - max USD 180000 /annum
The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
