Role:
This role will continue to drive key responsibilities within the STAAT Analytics team. The candidate will lead the development of scalable, insight-driven dashboards and advanced analytical solutions that empower strategic decision-making for financial advisory and market leadership. The role requires a strong ability to translate complex data into actionable insights, ensuring stakeholders have the tools and intelligence needed to optimize performance and identify growth opportunities.
Responsibilities :
• Apply a structured, analytical approach to address complex business challenges leveraging Python and SQL.
• Conduct comprehensive exploratory data analysis and develop predictive models to drive key strategic initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications and innovative data-driven solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards for real-time KPI tracking across financial advisory and market segments.
• Implement advanced dashboard features such as dynamic filtering, intuitive search functionality, and peer comparison tools to optimize user engagement.
• Integrate data from diverse sources, including ADW, BODI, and internal data marts, ensuring accuracy and consistency across analytics outputs.
• Automate data pipelines and reporting workflows using Python and Power BI, enhancing efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure analytics deliverables are aligned with overarching business objectives.

Your expertise

• Python Expertise: Solid experience in data analysis, automation, and predictive modeling using Python.
• Analytical Thinking: Demonstrates a logical approach and strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Power BI: Proficient in building interactive dashboards and data visualizations.
• Statistical Foundation: Strong analytical aptitude and solid grounding in statistics for effective data exploration and insight generation.
• Data Handling: Familiar with SQL and enterprise data environments.
• Experience with machine learning and predictive analytics
