Your role
Do you have an analytical mind and enjoy working with data? As a Compensation & Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible for all complex payroll related processes and benefits handling. You will be an integral part of ensuring we adhere to internal and external risks and SOX guidelines.
We're looking for someone to help us with:
• ensure compliance with legal and regulatory payroll activities and social reporting requirements
• manage payroll reconciliation
• administer deferred compensation and international assignee processes
• support payroll and benefits ad-hoc projects
• produce HR reporting
• manage internal and external HR audits
• act as contract manager for all payroll and benefits vendor and manage vendor change process from A to Z
• collaborate cross-functionally with other HR Service Delivery teams in region and with local HR team

Your team
You'll be working in our HR Service Delivery organization, under the Head of HR Luxembourg. We are responsible for delivering HR excellence for our employees based in Luxembourg. You’ll play an important role in collaborating with Payroll Specialists, HR Reward & Benefit team and HR Operations teams.
Your expertise
• a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting or related field
• relevant Luxembourg payroll operations knowledge
• knowledge of the Luxembourg Collective Bargaining agreement is a plus
• fluent in English. French, German and/or Luxemburgish will be considered as an asset
• advanced Microsoft Office skills
• strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills
• ability to create and run reports and perform detailed analysis
• solid knowledge of current benefits rules and regulations in Luxembourg
• team-oriented mindset, with a strong focus on achieving shared objectives
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills
