Your role
Do you want to operate at the intersection of risk, regulation, and global fund distribution, with direct exposure to senior stakeholders and Board-level reporting?

We’re looking for a Product Specialist – Distribution Oversight to:
• Conduct onboarding and ongoing due diligence on Funds Distributors (“delegates”)
• Drive ongoing monitoring activities (e.g. KPIs, control reviews, deep dives, and onsite assessments), ensuring consistency, quality, and timely execution
• Perform risk assessments of delegates, clearly identifying issues, proposing pragmatic remediation actions, and following them through to closure
• Produce high-quality reporting for senior management and Boards of Directors, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and strong documentation standards
• Challenge and enhance the control framework, proactively identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory frameworks (e.g. AML, UCITS/AIF requirements) across multiple jurisdictions
