Your role

Are you interested in starting your journey as a Product Manager and working closely with Operations and Technology teams? Are you passionate about improving end user experience and using data and technology— including AI — to drive meaningful operational change?
We’re looking for a Product Manager (AO) to join the Collateral Crew, specifically within the Margin & Interest Workflow pod. The pod is responsible for driving meaningful change in margin call issuance processes, leveraging AI and automation to improve accuracy, efficiency, and user experience.
You will work closely with Operations users and the collateral crew to understand pain points, support delivery of solutions, and help ensure successful rollout and adoption.

Key responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:
• Support ownership of one or more Collateral Operations products or services within the Margin & Interest Workflow pod.
• Work closely with Collateral Operations users to understand day to day margin and interest workflows and identify pain points.
• Help identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance user experience, particularly within margin call issuance processes.
• Assist in capturing and translating stakeholder requirements into clear, structured inputs for the delivery team.
• Support demand clarification and backlog prioritization in partnership with senior Product Managers and engineering leads.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of product backlogs, ensuring user needs are clearly articulated.
• Work with Technology teams to support delivery of solutions that leverage AI and automation to improve margin processes.
• Participate in user demos, showcases, and walkthroughs of new functionality.
• Actively support user adoption, gathering feedback and helping teams understand and embed new solutions.
• Track and communicate basic outcomes of delivered changes (e.g. usability improvements, reduced manual effort).
• Support compliance with risk, control, and security requirements by working with relevant stakeholders.
• Assist with audit or control activities by helping ensure documentation and evidence are up to date.

Your team

You will be part of the Collateral Crew within the Investment Bank, joining the Margin & Interest Workflow pod. The pod focuses on improving the stability, efficiency, and scalability of margin and interest processes, with a strong emphasis on modernising margin call issuance using AI enabled solutions.
The crew works closely with Operations, Technology, and RTB teams to deliver practical, user centric improvements to Collateral Operations processes. You will be working with other Product Managers and engineers while gaining hands on exposure to product discovery, delivery, and user engagement.

Your expertise

You have:
• A university degree in accounting, finance, business, or equivalent professional qualification with 7+ years of experience .
• Strong business analysis and problem solving skills, with the ability to apply structured thinking and sound judgement.
• Knowledge in Operations, process improvement, and technology enabled change.
• Interest in AI, automation, and digital transformation, with enthusiasm to learn from peers and subject matter experts

• Detail-oriented, methodical, and accurate.
• A strategic thinker who challenges the status quo and drives improvements.
• An effective communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Collaborative team player who can build positive working relationships
