Your role
Do you have a track record of successfully managing client relationships? Are you able to create collaborative solutions in challenging and complex situations? Do you have the knowledge and experience to drive the business development of our Singapore / South-East Asia client base?
We're looking for a client relationship manager in our Wholesale client coverage team to:
• represent the full scope of our asset management services to our wholesale clients
• implement the right strategy to meet sales targets and generate revenues
• retain and develop client relationships, as well as guard against risk exposure
• focus on promoting [products e.g. mutual funds, hedge funds, real estate funds]
• proactively identify new business opportunities from our existing and prospect clients
• create and implement a strategic client book development plan that facilitates appropriate investment solutions
• collaborate with internal colleagues and support the efforts of our third-party relationships

You’ll be working in the combined Wholesale and GWM client coverage team in Singapore. We’re a dedicated team with an open corporate culture that values individual contribution and encourages proactive input and feedback. As a Wholesale client relationship manager, you’ll contribute towards delivering a consistent client experience, while providing a seamless integration of solutions.

Your expertise
• ideally 10 years’ experience in asset management or related field
• client-minded, strong communicator with a track record in relationship management
• bachelor’s/master’s or equivalent, with a focus on [sales, business administration, banking]
• proficient computer skills, including MS Office and CRM tools like Morningstar or Bloomberg
• person of integrity with strong leadership and relationship building skills
• flexible and resilient collaborator, experienced in managing projects with multifunctional teams
• fluent in English and (Mandarin would be an asset) to support Asian client base
