We’re looking for an intern to join our Client Reporting team who will support day‑to‑day reporting activities and develop practical skills in client reporting and data analysis.
In this role, you will:
• Support the preparation of client reports, helping deliver accurate and insightful information to international clients
• Work with data from multiple sources and ensure accuracy of outputs
• Learn how reporting processes work end‑to‑end and contribute to meeting tight deadlines
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high‑quality outputs and respond to client and internal requests
• Help identify inconsistencies in data and support investigation and resolution
• Contribute ideas to improve processes, tools and reporting quality
• Gain hands‑on experience through real business tasks and projects, building practical knowledge of reporting in Asset Management

Your team

You’ll be part of the UBS Asset Management Client Reporting team in Kraków, supporting clients around the world.
We are cross-regional and collaborative team working across regions including Europe, Asia and the US. You will interact with colleagues from different functions such as Investments, Client Coverage, Products and Technology, gaining a broad view of how Asset Management works in practice.

Your expertise

• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in working with data
• Good organisational skills and ability to manage tasks and deadlines
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Proactive attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn
• Very good written and spoken English
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Financial background is a plus
