Your role
Are you a self-starter and good problem solver? Are you an experienced, confident relationship builder who likes to work in a fast-paced environment? Do you have experience working with financial advisors and wealth management clients on banking solutions to meet their needs?
We're looking for a Senior Wealth Management Banker to:
• build and maintain trustworthy relationships with Financial Advisors, key branch personnel and clients
• promote banking and lending capabilities through branch education, consultation with advisors and guidance to clients
• partner with other field sales and marketing groups to provide expert content to the branch network and internal sales partners
• review and analyze origination pipelines, especially mortgage pipelines, of assigned branches and identify ways to improve processes
• define territory management strategy, tracking and reporting on business results, and sharing outcomes

Your team
You’ll join a strong franchise working in the Banking Field Engagement Team and partner with Financial Advisors in UBS branches to solve client needs. Banking is a critical growth driver of Wealth Management in the U.S. and this role is critical in connecting the Banking Group to advisors and clients in the field.
Your expertise
• a university degree
• a proven track record in working within an organization supporting high net worth clients
• a familiarity with the structure of wealth management, either here or at a comparable institution
• know-how of securities-based lending, mortgage banking and private banking products, and a willingness to quickly learn mortgage origination if not already familiar
• a strong communicator with compelling presentation skills
• a confident decision-maker, highly organized and detail oriented
• willing to travel up to 75 percent of the time

Salary information
The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
• United States - Minnesota - Minneapolis min USD 140000 - max USD 180000 /annum
The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
