We’re looking for a Head of Operations to
● lead a team delivering operational support across bookkeeping and financial reporting for client structures
● oversee legal, regulatory and management reporting (e.g. FATCA/CRS) and ensure accuracy and timeliness across outputs
● manage billing, fee processes and office support activities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
● guide and develop your team through regular check-ins, feedback and technical coaching
● identify risks, strengthen controls and work with internal and external partners to resolve issues
● drive improvements to processes and procedures to increase efficiency and quality across operations

Your team
You’ll lead the Operations function within UBS Trustees (Jersey) Ltd., supporting the delivery of services for client structures. Your team plays a critical role in ensuring accurate reporting, strong governance and smooth operational execution – all of which underpin the trust our clients place in us. You’ll connect operational excellence with client outcomes while shaping how the team evolves.
Your expertise
● a relevant professional qualification (e.g. accounting qualification or equivalent)
● proven experience leading teams within financial services, with exposure to trust, operational or finance environments
● knowledge of trust and company structures and associated accounting practices
● experience working with regulatory/legal requirements such as FATCA/CRS
● strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build effective relationships
● a structured approach to problem solving, risk identification and process improvement
● confidence working with systems and operational tools
