◦ support general administrative tasks in relation to client structures
◦ prepare management information and system reports so we can monitor data quality and support internal reporting
◦ support senior management by coordinating tasks and initiatives and meeting preparation

Your team
You’ll be part of a team that supports senior management and trust and company administration with care, control and strong attention to detail. We help make sure our client structures are managed properly, which gives our clients confidence and helps us deliver a reliable service. In short: when the details matter, our team is where they land safely.
Your expertise
◦ strong attention to detail and a consistent approach to accuracy
◦ confidence using Microsoft Office applications and working with data or reporting systems
◦ ability to organize work, manage deadlines and keep multiple tasks moving
◦ clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with colleagues and stakeholders
◦ working toward a qualification such as STEP, or equivalent
