Your role

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Taiwan Equities team in a Junior Voice Trader role to provide dealing services to wealth management and institutional clients, as well as dealing support to Taiwan and regional execution desks.

You will work closely with Sales Traders, Dealers, Operations, Compliance, and regional execution teams to support the trading of Taiwan cash equity orders and ensure efficient trade lifecycle management. This is an excellent opportunity to build market knowledge, execution expertise and client servicing skills within a leading equity franchise in the world.

Your team

Trading and Execution Support
- Support dealers and sales traders in the execution and management of Taiwan cash equity orders
- Monitor market activity, order status and trading workflows throughout the trading session
- Assist with order entry, booking verification and execution monitoring
- Help source liquidity and identify execution opportunities across venues
- Maintain accurate records of client instructions and execution details
- Support agency trading activities in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Support various filing and reporting duties and processes related to Taiwan cash equity business

Trading Lifecyle Management
- Coordinate with Operations and Middle Office teams to ensure smooth post-trade processing
- Assist with trade amendments, corrections and exception management
- Support resolution of trade breaks, settlement issues and client queries
- Escalate operational risks, booking discrepancies and trading incidents in a timely manner

Risk and Controls
- Adhere to all applicable market regulations, internal controls and compliance requirements
- Support best execution obligations and proper order handling procedures
- Ensure accurate completion of required controls and four-eye checks
- Escalate potential trading errors or unusual market behaviors promptly

Market Intelligence
- Monitor market developments, corporate actions and trading events
- Assist in preparing market updated and trading commentary for the desk
- Develop knowledge of Taiwan market structure, exchange rules and trading practices
- Support sales traders with client servicing and execution related analysis

Your expertise

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics or related discipline
- Experience in equities dealing, dealing support, operations, middle office, or execution services
- Strong interest in Taiwan and global equity markets
- Understanding of financial markets and trading concepts
- Familiarity with trading systems, booking systems and market data platforms
- Taiwan securities license is a must
