Your role
Are you a seasoned professional with a strong ability to manage complex processes and topics, deliver exceptional client service, and have regulatory and tax reporting background?
We are looking for a Product Specialist to:
• prepare and submit regulatory filings including CRS/FATCA and CESRA for applicable entities
• lead initiatives and projects to improve quality of reporting and simplify processes
• monitor client activities and transactions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality of service
• review and submit filings in various jurisdictions with assistance of external tax advisors and internal stakeholders
• collaborate cross functionally, support client meetings and presentations, respond to client enquiries, and participate in projects as required
• provide tailored solutions to meet internal and external client needs while ensuring high service standards
• liaise directly with UBS Wealth Planners, Client Advisors, and external professional advisors across global financial centres

Your expertise
• motivated and energetic individual who is eager to learn and develop
• university degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field
• a strong track record in project and process management preferably in topics with a regulatory angle
• experience/interest in data analysis and processing preferred
• excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal partners, clients, and external professional advisors across jurisdictions
• highly organized and detail oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently while maintaining high service standards
• strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing client presentations and professional correspondence
• experience administering complex structures, including companies, trusts, and charitable foundations is a plus
• solid understanding of regulatory requirements, fiduciary responsibilities, and trust law principles
