We’re hiring a senior professional to establish and lead the Digital Transformation Office for GWM LatAm. In this role, you will:

• set up and lead a small team focused on strategic project execution across the region
• structure and track the delivery of cross-functional initiatives in partnership with senior leadership
• drive process improvement and promote best practices across business and support areas
• coordinate regional priorities and ensure alignment with global transformation efforts
• use digital tools and data to enable smarter execution, planning, and decision-making

Your team

You'll be working under GWM LatAm Chief Administrative Office structure and serve as an active stakeholder across all areas within GWM LatAm, based in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Your expertise

• 8+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, or project leadership roles
• proven track record of executing complex, cross-functional initiatives
• experience engaging with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making
• strong problem-solving, project management, and prioritization skills
• familiarity with process redesign, digital tools, and data-driven planning
• ideally advanced English and Portuguese (writing and speaking)
• availability to work on-site in Sao Paulo
• you’re curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment – validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use.
