Your role

Are you a great with numbers? Would you like to learn how daily accounting and regulatory reporting work in practice? Are you keen to build skills that make finance operations run smoothly?

We’re looking for a Finance Intern to:
• support daily accounting with accurate checks to ensure numbers are correct the first time
• reconcile and investigate differences to keep books and records aligned
• send, validate and track daily data submissions to regulators to maintain compliance
• assist internal and external audits by preparing schedules and gathering evidence for smooth review cycles
• contribute to monthly close activities and basic management reporting to support fast decision making
• help automate reconciliations (onshore and offshore) to make processes faster, safer and more efficient

Your team

You’ll join our Finance team in São Paulo. We safeguard the integrity of financial results—daily and monthly—so clients, regulators and investors can rely on them. As an intern, the quality and timeliness of your work will help us deliver precise statutory and group reporting under IFRS—and keep our reputation for getting the details right with charm and care.

Your expertise

• currently studying Accounting, Administration, Economics or related fields, with expected graduation in or after Dec/2027
• curiosity about financial operations and regulatory reporting, with a hands on, learn by doing mindset
• confidence using spreadsheets (Excel formulas/pivot tables) and willingness to learn new tools
• strong attention to detail and a habit of double checking work for accuracy
• clear communication in Portuguese and, ideally, English (advanced level is a plus)
• availability to work on site in our São Paulo office
• you’re curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment – validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use.
