Your role

We're looking for someone like you to:

• take ownership of key WWS corporate relationships, responsible for "knowing your client" and accountable for all aspects of service delivery, client retention and identifying opportunities to expand the corporate relationship
• develop strategies for "delivering the firm" and for core services that are linked to WWS and WM USA goals, as well as corporate client business strategies
• partner with Financial Advisors on participant engagement initiatives and ensure they are kept abreast of issues impacting overall relationship
• work with Head of Corporate Services to ensure WWS service team members are meeting client deliverables; service teams include Implementation, Service Managers, and Plan Administrators
• be responsible for creating and maintaining annual client Account Plan which will identify new product and service opportunities, along with strategy and execution plan
• effectively communicate and present to internal senior management, as well as corporate client
• provide industry guidance and best practices with corporate clients
• deliver insights related to participant behavior/activity and corporate benchmarking data
• be responsible for management of client contract, which includes regular review to improve existing terms, re-negotiations, pricing changes and amendments for product extensions
• participate and lead sales/RFP efforts as required for new and existing clients as well as drive growth and retention of B2B relationships who have hired UBS to manage their employee equity plans

WWS is one of the key initiative growth businesses within UBS Wealth Management (WM) and serves as a qualified lead generator for the broader UBS WM business. You’ll be joining the WWS Relationship Management team, reporting directly to the Head of Corporate Relationship Management. This team is aligned with the overall WWS strategic initiatives and is focused on driving corporate client satisfaction, growth, and retention.

Your expertise

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience
• ideally, 5+ years of experience in institutional client facing role at financial services firm working w/ Equity Plan clients
• strong relationship management skills and excellent verbal and written communications skills
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as consultative and negotiation skills
• ability to collaborate across the organization, influence key stakeholders, and driving change
• ability to lead, prioritize and execute on multiple concurrent priorities/initiatives
• FINRA series 7 and 63 licensing
• curious and passionate, and strive for constant improvement as well as committed to driving value for clients
• strong communicator with compelling presentation skills, including the use of technology to communicate ideas and strategy
• confident decision-maker, highly organized and detail-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude that motivates and inspires others
• willing to travel up to 10 percent of the time
• you’re curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment – validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use.

Salary information

The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
• United States - New Jersey - Weehawken min USD 120000 - max USD 160000 /annum

The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
