• Optimize our SharePoint by removing duplicate content to improve team efficiency
• Contribute to the simplification and automation of Vendor Risk Framework (VRF) Compliance processes through targeted reviews


You will be directly involved in day-to-day project operations, gaining business-specific exposure from professionals with different areas of expertise within the Group Real Estate and Supply Chain (GRESC). Your team

You will be working for the UBS Group Real Estate and Supply Chain in our Wroclaw office. Our function is part of Group Human Resources & Corporate Services within Group Functions and supports UBS by driving UBS’s real estate and PropTech strategy as well as all related services globally (e.g. facility management). Our team is responsible for the monitoring and oversight of the Vendor Risk Framework, key controls, and key risk SME interfaces, ensuring UBS lives up to regulatory expectations with respect to Vendor Risk Controls and to monitor and enforce policy compliance within the bank. This role sits in Global Supply Chain in the Vendor Risk Framework Compliance Team, a well-established function in Group Human Resources and Corporate Services. Supply Chain was created to enhance value identification and delivery within GCS, supporting UBS with its Third-Party vendor management as well as with its Real Estate and Outsourcing footprint.

Your expertise

We’re looking for a candidate who:
• Has strong organizational and analytical skills with an eye on details
• Knows how to use Artificial Intelligence tools in practice
• Will demonstrate a ‘can-do’ attitude and a strong willingness to learn
• Is fluent in written and spoken English and is a good communicator
• Has ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Has interest in compliance, risk management, or operational efficiency
