Your role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager (Director level) with a hands-on approach to lead the end-to-end delivery of a portfolio (book of work) across Trading Infrastructure and ultra-low-latency Networking within Quant Solutions technology.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and manage a book of work comprising multiple concurrent infrastructure and connectivity initiatives
• Translate business and IT strategy into prioritised delivery roadmaps and execution plans
• Lead delivery of ultra-low-latency trading infrastructure across clients, trading systems, and exchange venues
• Act as primary delivery interface with stock exchanges, clients, vendors, and third parties
• Work with aligned network and infrastructure teams to help make key decisions on the design of the network architecture
• Coordinate delivery of servers, network hardware, and supporting infrastructure components
• Manage cross-program dependencies, delivery risk, governance, and executive reporting
• Provide senior-level escalation management and operational readiness oversight
• Oversee 3rd-level support transition into Production Services

Your team
You will be part of the APAC Quant Solutions Technology team within UBS Global Markets Electronic Trading, delivering ultra-low-latency, high-performance trading solutions across APAC venues.
Your expertise
• 7+ years’ experience delivering complex infrastructure initiatives
• Demonstrated program management or portfolio / book-of-work ownership
• Proven leadership of infrastructure programs including Co-Location buildouts
• Experience with stock exchange infrastructure and network technologies
• Strong senior stakeholder communication and influence
• Strong networking and Linux knowledge
Preferred
• Trading and market data infrastructure experience
• Knowledge of Equities trading lifecycle
• Strong awareness of security and operational risk in large-scale environments
