Are you able to handle multiple priorities (combination of new and repetitive) with energy and enthusiasm? Do you want to work closely with senior management on driving the function forward?
You will
• co-work with different business areas, products and regions within Global Markets
• co-work with various front to back functions to instigate change initiatives that will drive the business forward
• work with senior management across functions to develop, analyze and deliver business-enabling initiatives
• work on projects that support the business
• work on cost reduction, process simplification/automation/offshoring, and risk mitigation
• attend to local regulatory demands

Your team

The Investment Bank Chief Operating Office (IB COO) shapes the future direction of our investment banking business. Through tackling challenges, you'll be part of a team that oversees the day-to-day operating models and processes. You'll get to contribute meaningfully to projects, while getting to grips with our infrastructure and processes.

• analyze a problem, take a view and come to a decision
• plan, organize and multi tasks different projects
• act with patience/tolerance to bring tasks to completion
• communicate and work well with teams
• leverage technology skills to improve processes
• have native level Japanese and business level English
