Do you have experience in the financial market and funds skills?
We're looking for an analyst to:

• perform shareholder request routines, including analysis of investor movements and balances
• execute periodic operational reconciliations and support the identification and resolution of discrepancies with vendors
• support the processing of fund events and other shareholder-related operational events
• prepare, validate, and deliver regulatory reports
• contribute to the automation and continuous improvement of Shareholder Control processes

Your team

You will be part of the Funds Administration – Shareholder Control team based in São Paulo, working in a collaborative and quality-focused operational environment.

Your expertise

• experience in Fund Administration, preferably in Fund Shareholder Control
• knowledge of investor movements, reconciliations, and fund events
• solid understanding of investment fund operations and regulatory frameworks (CVM, Anbima, RFB, and Bacen)
• strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and an analytical mindset
• ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team
•availability to work on-site in São Paulo
• intermediate to advanced proficiency in English and Portuguese is desirable
• you’re curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment – validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use.
