The team

You will be part of the Consumer & Retail Coverage team within Global Banking. The team works closely with corporate clients across multiple consumer and retail subsectors, partnering with product specialists across Mergers & Acquisitions, Equity Capital Markets, Debt Capital Markets, Leveraged Finance, and other advisory groups to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.

Your skills and experience

- Support the execution of mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic advisory transactions.
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction materials.
- Prepare client presentations, industry analyses, and strategic recommendations.
- Conduct company and industry research, including analysis of market trends, competitive dynamics, and strategic developments.
- Coordinate due diligence processes and support transaction execution across multiple workstreams.
- Collaborate with product partners and sector teams to deliver integrated solutions for clients.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, pitch books, and client meeting presentations.
- Mentor and provide guidance to analysts while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Ensure compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- You’re curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment – validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use.
- Prior experience in investment banking, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree required.

Salary Summary Posted to Talent Gateway

The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
• United States - New York - New York USD 175000 - 225000 /annum

The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
