Key responsibilities
Do you have a proven ability to create a business development strategy? Are you an expert when it comes to implementing growth plans? An Associate Market Executive assists with the day to day management and business growth of the branch and market. They drive business growth and assist with the management and development of Financial Advisors within the branch, perform compliance, regulatory and administrative tasks.
We’re looking for an Associate Market Executive to:
• Assist and support Market Executive and Branch Director with implementing growth initiatives, evaluate progress and create action plans
• Manage and resolve all escalated issues, including those that are financial, reputational, compliance, supervisory, operational and HR Governance risks
• Collaborate with Administrative, Supervisory and Operations managers to focus on product/process/service enhancement and optimization and risk management
• Monitor FA and client activity, ensuring that compliance meets with regulations and manage all client issues
• Coordinate branch activities and special events
• Assist with selecting, hiring and on-boarding of FAs and oversee conversion of transitioning FAs

You will be working as part of Wealth Management Americas with collaborative market leadership team alongside Market Directors, Supervisory Officers, Operations, and Administrative leaders. Together, the team is responsible for delivering a best-in-class advisor experience, driving market performance, fostering a strong culture, and ensuring consistent execution of firm priorities across the Pacific Market. Your working location will be based in San Francisco or Pasadena, California.
Your skills and experience
• Ideally 5-10 years of experience within the wealth management industry
• Proven leadership experience
• Series 7, 66, and 9/10
• Motivated, self-directed and driven
• Understanding of international markets and Asia Pacific region
• Skilled at creating a positive business culture

The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
• United States - California - San Francisco min USD 140000 - max USD 180000 /annum
The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
