Key responsibilities

Do you currently hold active Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (or equivalent)? Do you have at least 2-3 years of experience in wealth management or financial services? Do you have experience supporting client relationships and mentoring junior team members?

We're looking for a Senior Wealth Strategy Associate to:

• Manage all aspects of client operations, including account opening, maintenance, and asset movement requests.
• Deliver exceptional client service by responding to account-related inquiries and requests.
• Build and strengthen client relationships while supporting business development initiatives.
• Coach, mentor, and provide day-to-day support to junior team members.
• Participate in team projects, meetings, and process improvement initiatives to enhance the client experience.

You'll be working with one of our Wealth Management teams in the Bay Area. We provide sophisticated advice, tailored solutions, and exceptional service to high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients. Your skills and experience

• Active Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (or equivalent).
• Ideally 2-3+ years of experience in wealth management, financial services, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and a willingness to support and develop teammates.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and client relationship management systems.

The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
• United States - California - San Jose min USD 75000 - max USD 105000 /annum

The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
