We’re looking for an ETF & Index Fund sales to:
• manage existing client relationships to represent UBS Asset Management and its indexed product offering
• contact and meet prospects to build a broader market presence for UBS Asset Management in the German speaking region in Switzerland
• conduct presentations to groups and individuals to attract new clients
• be our representative at conferences and developing client entertainment activities
• travel an appropriate period of time during the week within your region of coverage

The team

You’ll be part of the ETF & Index Fund sales team in Zurich. We are a dedicated, highly motivated and successful team with an open corporate culture that values individual contributions and encourages proactive input and feedback. As a sales manager, you will contribute toward delivering a consistent client experience, providing a seamless integration of indexed solutions.

Your skills and experience

• track record in client relationships and sales management, preferably covering ETF & Index Funds within the German speaking part of Switzerland
• existing network composed of Wealth and Asset Managers, Private Banks or Institutional Investors
• client-focused with excellent written and verbal communication, as well as collaboration skills
• strong sense of integrity with a keen understanding of how to build long-term client relationships
• dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
• bachelor’s/master’s degree with a focus on finance or economics
• fluent German speaker to interact with our local client base with a proficiency in English
• curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment – validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use.
