Key responsibilities

Role description:
Perform quality audit for intranet and internet multi-lingual pages / sites as part of digital publishing projects based on project managers, business partner or digital operation management team's requests.

Responsibilities :
Perform audit for publishing work across multiple web channels to ensure a consistent, relevant and timely quality output
Follow web publishing guidelines, knowledge of web- accessibility, understand new features implemented by platform team
Monitor and analyze tickets failure reasons to identify scope of adding or enhancing quality checkpoints
Follow request management tool to capture quality findings, maintain records of common mistakes and create improvement plan
Work closely with the publishing team to improve web publishing quality by providing qualitative feedback and bring innovative ideas to improve audit coverage and efficiency of tickets audit
Make recommendations for QA process, best practices and other implementation per business goals
Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies

The team

We are the in‑house digital communications and platforms team managing UBS.com, the intranet, internal email marketing, and events. Alongside campaign delivery, we provide product and digital project management—partnering with stakeholders to plan, deliver, and continuously improve on‑brand, compliant, and data‑driven digital experiences across the firm.

Your skills and experience

Expertise in CMS like Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), AEM components and best practices, request management tool like JIRA, SharePoint etc
Excellent English skills (verbal and written)
Solid education in general web discipline/practice
Must possess at least 3 years of working as a Web Quality auditor with solid CMS background
Have eye toward detail in alignment, color and project specification as per web guidelines
2+ Years experience in Manual Testing of Mobile and Website applications
Ability to plan, design, and execute test cases

Dynamic personality with high commitment and drive
Capability to thrive in a highly iterative environment that involves listening to customers, incorporating feedback fast, and constantly collaborating with different stakeholders
Highly organized, hands-on and with the ability to work both independently and in a team-based environment
Service minded with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Passion about exploring new ideas for auditing tools and techniques in AEM and other areas of digital and innovation
