We’re looking for a motivated, organized, detail oriented Client Associate to:

• maintain client information records
• educate clients on account services and capabilities
• help deliver and execute strategic initiatives to better service the clients
• help with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings
• collect the right documentation for opening new accounts and service requests
• plan team marketing events and maintain marketing materials
• schedule client meetings
• process business expense

The team

You’ll be working as part of Wealth Management Americas. You’ll be working with the Private Wealth Management Team Moster, McCormic Norwood Team in Chicago, IL. We help high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families meet their financial goals through financial advisors who deliver products and services specifically designed for them.

Your skills and experience

• series 7 and 66 licenses (for registered CSAs only)
• bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
• excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills
• detail oriented
• proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary Summary Posted to Talent Gateway

The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
• United States - Illinois - Chicago min USD 55000 - max USD 75000 /annum

The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
