Key responsibilities

• Perform shareholder request routines, including analysis of investor movements and balances.
• Execute periodic operational reconciliations and support the identification and resolution of discrepancies with vendors.
• Support the processing of fund events and other shareholder-related operational events.
• Prepare, validate, and deliver regulatory reports.
• Contribute to the automation and continuous improvement of Shareholder Control processes.

The team

You will be part of the Funds Administration – Shareholder Control team based in São Paulo, working in a collaborative and quality-focused operational environment.

Your skills and experience

• Experience in Fund Administration, preferably in Fund Shareholder Control (Passivo).
• Knowledge of investor movements, reconciliations, and fund events.
• Solid understanding of investment fund operations and regulatory frameworks (CVM, Anbima, RFB, and Bacen).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and an analytical mindset.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team.
• Portuguese ans English fluent
• you’re curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment – validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use.
