Key responsibilities
As an Intern, you will support the TPM Sourcing & Lifecycle Management team in:
• Registering and onboarding contracts into internal contract management platforms.
• Supporting a project involving the registration and review of approximately 100+ contracts.
• Maintaining and validating contractual and supplier data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders, contract managers, business owners, and service providers to gather required information.
• Supporting contract lifecycle activities, including onboarding, renewals, amendments, and terminations.
• Monitoring and updating contract records and related governance information.
• Contributing to process improvement initiatives within Third Party Management.

The team
The TPM Sourcing & Lifecycle Management team manages third-party sourcing and contract lifecycles for Asset Management. We support contract onboarding, renewals, terminations, contractual data management, and sourcing compliance while working closely with key stakeholders.
Our team is responsible for maintaining high-quality contract data, supporting sourcing activities, and ensuring that contracts are accurately registered and managed throughout their lifecycle.
Your skills and experience
• Strong attention to detail and a diligent approach to work.
• Positive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to build effective working relationships with different stakeholders.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Interest in contract management, sourcing, vendor management, or operational processes.
• A proactive mindset and readiness to take ownership of assigned tasks.
