We are seeking a motivated and eager to learn Pricing & Fund Governance Specialist in UBS Asset Management to support the Head of AM Pricing & Product Governance. This role plays a key role in ensuring our investment products continue to meet regulatory, commercial, operational, and client expectations.

As such, we are searching for an additional team member to:
• coordinate the process to periodically review UBS Asset Management funds and mandates to ensure they comply with regulatory standards, as well as with commercial /financial, operational, and client expectations.
• build a dashboard with data from various sources, that shows if a product review must be triggered, and outlines the results of such product reviews (Power BI).
• identify opportunities to improve efficiency and quality in the review process, automate processes (Power Automate).
• maintain and further improve how such reviews are done, what is the trigger for doing a review, review records, and management reporting.
• review pricing of investment funds to assure commercial viability and meeting client expectations (value for money, fair treatment of clients). Help to price new investment funds.
• build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders such as AM Compliance & Operational Risk Control, AM Risk Control, the investment fund project managers (Product Structuring teams), Unified Alternatives Group, and AM Finance.

The team

You’ll be part of the AM Pricing & Structuring Governance team of Asset Management in Wroclaw, Poland. As a Pricing & Fund Governance Specialist you will be working closely with colleagues across functions on a global level. You will be at the center of reviewing AM investment products, and your role will be essential to make the process and central overview of such reviews as smooth and efficient as possible.

Your skills and experience

• Bachelor or Master degree in banking / finance, business administration, international business or equivalent
• experience in implementation of automation, with Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps. Data management skills
• previous 5 years of experience, ideally within the financial services industry. Experience in regulatory, compliance or investments topics is a plus
• sound understanding of investment funds, respective fund lifecycle events (launches, repositioning, mergers, liquidations) and relevant involved parties
• business fluency in English
• you enjoy working precise, accurate and detail-oriented, you are well organized and structured
• open-minded personality who likes to collaborate with people from across the division, able to build, maintain and enhance relationships at all levels
• you’re curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment – validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use.
