As a Client Onboarding Intern, you will support the onboarding and account opening processes for clients of UBS International Wealth Management (IWM) in Brazil. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the quality, accuracy, and completeness of client information and documentation, helping to deliver efficient and compliant onboarding solutions.
We are looking for an intern to:
• supporting client onboarding and account opening activities
• reviewing, processing, and maintaining client documentation and records
• ensuring accurate data capture and updates in internal systems
• assisting with day-to-day operational processes and controls
• collaborating with business partners and support functions to address onboarding requests
• contributing to process efficiency while maintaining high standards of quality and risk awareness

The team
You will be part of the Client Onboarding team within International Wealth Management (IWM) Brazil. The team plays a key role in supporting the client lifecycle by ensuring that account opening and client maintenance activities are executed efficiently, accurately, and in line with regulatory and internal requirements.
Your skills and experience
• current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, Finance, or related fields
• ideally intermediate to advanced English skills
• intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
• a positive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn
• commitment to fostering an inclusive culture and respecting diverse perspectives
• you’re curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment – validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use.
