Key responsibilities

Are you detail-oriented, collaborative and motivated to work with Hedge Fund transactions?

We're looking for a Hedge Funds Specialist to:

• process Hedge Fund trades throughout the transaction lifecycle
• ensure timely and accurate settlement of transactions
• investigate and resolve trade and settlement issues
• partner with stakeholders to support smooth transaction processing
• maintain high standards of risk awareness and control
• support continuous improvement initiatives within the Funds Management team

The team

You'll be joining our Funds Management team in Wroclaw, responsible for processing and settling Hedge Fund transactions. We help ensure efficient transaction execution and reliable service for our clients.

As a Hedge Funds Specialist, you'll support the end-to-end settlement process, resolve exceptions and contribute to the delivery of high-quality operational services.

Your skills and experience

• experience in financial operations or investment-related processes
• knowledge of Hedge Funds or a willingness to develop expertise in this area
• strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• strong problem-solving and communication skills
• a proactive approach to learning and process improvement
• you’re curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment – validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use
